Looking like Goku used to mean living at the gym for 5–6 days a week. Most of us don’t have that kind of time — or Saiyan genetics. That’s why I created the Goku Maxing Program, a science-based way to build an impressive anime physique while training just 3–4 days per week for about an hour each session.
This program uses two key methods — training specialization and smart programming — so you can grow muscle where it matters most while keeping workouts short and effective.
1. Training Specialization — Build Goku’s Key Muscles Faster
Most people train every muscle evenly, which is slow and time-consuming. Training specialization lets you focus more volume on the muscles that create Goku’s look: shoulders, traps, back, arms, and chest, while keeping everything else at an efficient maintenance level.
It uses lifts that hit the muscles hardest during the stretch phase — like cable lateral raises, shrugs, single-arm lat pulldowns, incline curls, and JM presses — shown to trigger faster growth where you need it most.
2. Smarter Programming — Max Gains in Less Time
The program uses supersets to cut workout time by up to 40% without losing results and applies progressive overload with a double progression model.
There are two levels:
-
Level 1: 3-day full body with upper-body emphasis — great for beginners.
-
Level 2: 4-day upper/lower split — ideal if you’re more experienced.
Both are built for busy people who want to look strong and athletic without living in the gym.
