Why This Program Works

But instead of doing only 1–5 reps for max strength, you’ll train these lifts in the 6–10 rep range to build muscle and still stay lean.

How the Program Is Structured

To balance this power with aesthetics, the program also layers in bodybuilding staples like lat pulldowns, bicep curls, and shrugs to fill out the arms, back, and traps.
