How Can We Get Started

Step 1 – Book Your Free Consultation

Click above or below to book a free, no-pressure consultation over phone or Zoom. On this call, you’ll learn how my coaching works, what it’s like to work with me, and we’ll see if we’re a good fit.

Step 2 – Onboarding and Assessment

If we decide to work together, we’ll:

- Set a schedule for your personal training sessions in Vancouver BC or online coaching check-ins.
- Go through a mobility and flexibility assessment.
- Cover key questions about your goals, training history, lifestyle, and preferences. From this, I’ll build your first personalized program.

Step 3 – Get Your Plan and Start Training

You’ll download my training app and get access to your plan. You’ll follow the program either:

- On your own at your gym, home gym, or condo gym, or
- While I coach you in person in the studio or your condo gym. Either way, you’ll always know exactly what to do for your workouts and nutrition each week.

Step 4 – Track Progress and Adjust

As you follow the plan, I’ll track your progress and the results that matter to you. If something is not working as well as it should, we’ll adjust your training and diet plan quickly so you keep moving forward.

What are your qualifications?

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, DTS Fat Loss Coach, Eleiko Certified Strength Coach, and a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist. Beyond my credentials, I have 10 years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer in Vancouver working with clients from all walks of life. I have also built a community of over 210,000 subscribers on YouTube by breaking down the science of muscle building and body transformation.

Why is your approach different?

Many Vancouver personal trainers use a "cookie-cutter" approach, simply telling you to eat less and move more. I focus on the actual lifestyle implementation. I teach you how to make the changes necessary to reach your goals in a way that you actually enjoy, ensuring you can stick to the plan for the long term and get results that finally last.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

My goal is to have you working smarter, not harder. What is your coaching style like?
